Congratulations! I am so very happy for you! You have found THE one and only - your perfect fit - your life-long best friend - and now you're ready to begin planning your future together.
These next few months are going to be filled with excitement and nerves as you are planning for one of the most memorable days of your life. Although it's a beautiful and fun time, it can also sometimes be stressful and overwhelming. My goal as your wedding photographer is not only to provide you with amazing images from this HUGE moment in your life, but also to give you a wonderful, stress-free photography experience. Although I will primarily be your photographer, I'll also be available for you to ask questions about any part of your wedding day (even if it's has nothing to do with the photography part!) all the way through the process.
The Process
Working with me is simple and straight forward. We'll meet, sign a contract, shoot your engagement session, chat a few times, and then the Wedding Day will arrive and we'll have a blast! And only a few weeks after the big day, you will be blessed with a gorgeous set of images to remember every emotion and moment of your wedding.
The Bride Guide
Once we have squared away the legalities, I'll provide you with a comprehensive "Bride Guide." Most people only plan one wedding in their lifetime, and probably have only been a guest at a handful of weddings. My experience at over 70 weddings has given me insight into many of the aspects of wedding planning and coordination - and I'm giving it all to you! The Bride Guide is chock full of ideas, advice, and reminders to help make your wedding day go smoothly and give you a basis for what to expect, what could go wrong, and also how my photography process fits in with the rest of the day.
The Investment
My wedding coverage pricing is simple, straight-forward, and fully customizable. The base investment includes 8 hours of coverage with Cathy and an associate photographer, all of your final images on an USB for safe-keeping, and a complimentary engagement session*. Items that clients typically add to their base price include additional coverage time, albums, custom engraved album boxes, bridal sessions, slideshows, prints, canvases, and engagement photo print rights. Clients have spent between $200 and $1200 on additional items. Discounts up to 35% are applied to all add-on's chosen at the time that we sign the contract. The discount is based on the total number of add-on items that you choose (the more you buy, the more you save!).
Don't need 8 hours of coverage? Smaller starting packages are available also starting at $495 for ceremony and portrait coverage.

If you love my work, I'd love to meet so we can get to know each other and so I can learn more about what you are planning for your big day. We'll start with a friendly chat over coffee (or frappuccino!) to talk about your wedding and decide on all of the options that will give you the best possible coverage and products, fully customizable to meet your budget. After you have decided on all of the add-on options, we'll seal the date with a $500 retainer and a contract.
Only looking for ceremony and portrait coverage (about an hour) for your intimate wedding or elopement?
That's only $495 and includes all of your final images!

*Complimentary Engagement Session must take place in Hampton Roads. Digital files are included in your full-day wedding package, and prints and products can be ordered a la carte.
Mileage fees apply for areas outside of Hampton Roads and travel is limited to 2 hours from Hampton, VA before overnight accommodations and an additional fee will be requested.
Pricing is subject to change. Clients that have already booked and signed a contract are not eligible for special offers, sales, or changes in prices announced after their signing date.
